Returns, Reprints & Refunds

At The Anthem Studio, every piece is made to order. Because each Anthem is personalized for you, our policy differs from traditional retail — but we are always committed to making things right when something isn't as it should be.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your Anthem arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If a production error is confirmed, we will promptly arrange:
- A complimentary reprint of your piece, or
- A full refund
There is no need to return the original unless we specifically request it.
Personalized & Custom Pieces
All Anthem pieces are personalized — your chosen song, layout, text, and colors. As a result, custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified production defect.
This includes:
- Custom song titles or text
- Color and finish selections
- Size and orientation choices
Preview & Approval
The Booth shows a close approximation of your finished piece before checkout. Please review your song selection, spelling, and layout carefully — we produce exactly what is confirmed at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement. If the piece is returned to the studio, we can arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.
Lost or "Delivered" Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, your piece may already be in production and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

The Anthem Studio is an independent studio. Every piece is produced thoughtfully and individually. If something goes wrong, we'll approach it with fairness, clarity, and care.
